"Always a great hotel and my first pick whenever I go to the Netherlands. On this trip I had 4 separate stays at this hotel. My platinum status was acknowledged 3 times and I was upgraded twice. At my 2nd stay the lady at the front desk apparently did not know free upgrade was a thing for Expedia platinum members. As it was only a one night stay I thought it not worth the hassle. Fortunately the other times this was no problem at all. The renovation seems to be completed and I love the updated look. LOVE the free scheduled shuttle. The nearby (fastfood) restaurants are a plus if you want to have a quick bite to eat. Did not have the breakfast this time but I know that that is a treat as well. I absolutely recommend this hotel."
