I was disappointed with my stay. First, the room I was given had an AC that barely cooled, so I had to request another room, which wasn't much better.
When I checked out, the hotel kept my entire $100 security deposit because of one towel that had makeup on it from removing my makeup. I understand I signed an agreement about damages, but keeping the full $100 over a single towel seems unreasonable. If anything, charging for the cost of one towel would have been much fairer than keeping my entire deposit. I'm very disappointed with how this was handled.
