"The rooms were fine, but the property was very ugly and the property had a party room and when we arrived there was no parking all the people who attended that party took all the parking lots and there was no place to park our car"

"When I checked in I was greeted by Elijah who was very welcoming. As a matter of fact, all of the staff I interacted with were each very accommodating which contributed to a smooth and easy stay. I was checked in promptly - the room was clean, the a/c blasted and the suite itself had enough space to move and relax freely. Also, the gym is very well equipped and even more so than other hotels in the same tier."

"I stayed at this property before so I knew that it would be a good choice. Always clean and the staff is kind and helpful! I just needed a quick overnight after a long flight that got in super late, so those comfy beds were a welcome sight! A couple of notes: this time there were no coffee packets with the coffee machine and I also kept smelling urine very strongly. Not sure if there was a problem with the Sewage? Not a huge deal but something to take a look at anyway."

"I stay at Hilton resorts and hotels all the time, and this one is rated the worst of all of them. There was no coffee when we arrived, the air and heat unit was so loud, and our handheld shower unit flew off the wall and sprayed water everywhere. When we told the front desk the girl looked at us only and said oh okay I will tell someone. That was not the response I was expecting. We had to leave early to catch a flight and we're unable to shower since the shower could not be replaced in time, that morning. There was no offer of the use of another room, a shower, or even a coupon or discount for the trouble. This is not the kind of customer service we are used to from a Hilton resort, and I was quite disappointed. The hot tub had so many chemicals in it that it actually found up and the phone started blowing all over the cement and pool area, and we decided not to use it. There were no premium channels offered on TV, just ones you have a password for already. The worst was the bedding! Normally, the Hilton has feather pillows or upscale hotel brands but this one had foam pillows that squished down and we could never get comfortable even with two each. We had a terrible sleep and we're very annoyed that we could not take a shower! I would never stay at this hotel again, and was very disappointed with the lack of empathy from the staff. We mentioned it again upon check out, and no discount was offered, no manager apology or follow up via email or phone. Booo 😔 never again."
