“Thank you for the opportunity to stay here for my solo trip to Hot Springs National Park and beyond to the nearby State Parks in the area. This was the perfect accommodation for my itinerary and it was a comfortably welcoming stay after a day full of hiking, fishing and exploring. There was one day full of rain and for those that might be interested, there is a Jim about 12 minutes away that offers a 25 a week/24 hour pass in town. “Our stay was amazing! Everything worked great! We had two trucks with boats. Parking was a little tight with how much we had. Was looking for some extra parking and had to steal a non-rentes space. ”

“The host was very responsive and friendly. The cottage was cute and clean. The large, unattractive sign advertising the cottage was an eye-sore but that didn't take much away from the appeal. What did detour us from wanting to stay there for any length of time is that it is right on a busy highway. We did walk down to the creek which was lovely. ”

“The one shower in the hallway could use a little attention. The shower door does not close all the way and the shower head is a little on the weak side. Know that the one smaller bedroom you get to by the larger 2 king bedroom. We had a great relaxing week with friends tho. Enough beds for all of us and 2 living spaces was great. Although it was too hot to enjoy outdoors, there is great access to the river for fishing etc.”
