“The staff are, as always, excellent! Friendly, efficient, considerate! They are to be commended!!!! I greatly appreciated the proximity of Room 122 and its spaciousness; however, it doesn’t have a towel rack which isn’t the norm. I used the robe hook on the bathroom door in lieu of it for face-cloths. The other minor critique is that one of the lampshades was locked in place crooked, so I was unable to move the finial to adjust the one table lamp. FYI: I used to design & sell high-end lighting,……

“The receptionist was extremely friendly and accomodating. Her name should be Cathy. The room was neat and tidy. All in all, the stay was pleasant. The hotel is conveniently located with walking shopping facilities. Appreciate its strict non smoking policy. Good value for money. What else can you expect?”

“The rooms were clean, we spent two (2) nights, our room wasn't cleaned. I don't know if you have to ask for cleaning. Everything has changed since COVID. No parking available but underground had lots of room. I didn't see security, there were a lot of cars double parked. Overall, it was okay, really no complaints, it was just average. They did have breakfast, which I failed to see when I made the reservations. They embarrassed my husband when they asked him to leave but they never……

“But a handicap room it was the farthest away from the elevator that any room could be. Showed that there was a breakfast buffet, but didn’t show that it was an extra charge extremely small handicap room not good value for the money.”

“The location was close to the highway with lots of dining options nearby. There was plenty of parking out front. I enjoyed the breakfast. Small complaint about the TV - I couldn't just turn it on and watch the network channels. I didn't ask for help from the front desk but ... should I have to? Written directions would be helpful for less tech-minded visitors.”

“I spent 4 nights at this hotel. It was very clean and the staff were excellent and friendly. Great breakfast. I have only 2 complaints, first there is a very strong perfume smell in the hotel, especially in the lobby. My room wasn’t bad. The room also had a window that opened to fresh air. When I came home all of my clothes and suitcases smelled like the hotel. I am extremely sensitive to smells as it affects my lungs. The second is that the pool and hot tub were quite cool, and I only used them……
