"Wir waren für einen 4-tägigen Kurz-Urlaub in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Sie liegt gut gelegen in einem größeren Ferienresort. In der näheren Umgebung finden sich sehr viele Ausflugsziele für Unternehmungen mit den kleinen und großen Kindern, wie zB die der Sommerrodelbahn und dem Waldwipfelpfad. Die Ferienwohnung ist gut ausgestattet, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Parksituation war das ein oder andere Mal etwas schwierig, einen Parkplatz hatten wir jedoch jedes Mal ohne größere Probleme....

"Wir hatten einen angenehmen und erholsamen Aufenthalt in Falkenfels. Der Empfang bei Ankunft war sehr freundlich und der Kontakt mit den Vermietern ebenso. Das urige alte Haus ist sehr gemütlich. Der Badesee direkt vor der Tür sicherte jederzeit Abkühlung an heißen Sommertagen."

"Wir waren eine große Gruppe die über Silvester dort waren. Es war alles total sauber, die Küchen waren super ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Aufenthaltsraum in dem alle gemeinsam zusammen sitzen können. Die Vermieterin hat uns super nett empfangen, kam einmal vorbei um nach den Pellets zu schauen. Ein tolles Haus für Gruppen und ein toller Aufenthalt. Einziges kleines Manko, der Aufenthaltsraum ist leider nur von außen zugänglich, was bei Regen etwas umständlich ist. Wir kommen wieder !"

"Der Check-in verlief reibungslos. Die Anlage wirkt deutlich in die Jahre gekommen. Beim Betreten unseres Ferienhauses (68) dann der Schock: Es roch nach kaltem Rauch, es war schmutzig, die Wohnung wirkte bestenfalls besenrein. Der Teppichboden wirkte, als wäre er nicht mal abgesaugt worden, Hundehaare von den Vorgängern inklusive. Der Backofen roch nach altem Fett, so dass wir keine Speisen darin zubereiten wollten. "Das Haus ist mit allem Notwendigen ausgestattet und man kann ruhige Tage genießen. Trotzdem sollte man gut zu Fuß sein. In dem umzäunten Garten hat sich auch unser Hund wohl gefühlt. Der Radweg an der Isar ist gut ausgebaut und man kann ruhig und entspannt fahren. Auf dem Weg bis nach München kann man einige interessante Orte mit historischem Charakter entdecken."
