We had a great stay at this hotel, which is right on the corner with Vitosha street. Great location, walkable to all the main attractions. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The room was also great, there is an AC. We could leave our bags at reception after check-out. Breakfast was at a nearby cafe Memento which consisted of a coffee and a croissant which was perfect for us. Would recommend!

The apartment was nice and clean. However I wasn’t sent check in instruction and codes and had to follow up with the property. Additionally the room smelt of cigarettes.

I wouldnt rate this a 4* hotel. the biggest gap was not having any Tea/Coffee making facilities in the room. Nice pool areas but the spa wasnt staffed. Overall the staff was rather indifferent. Breakfast isnt served until 8 am, which is fine if you're there as the destination. Carpet was dirty but the AC worked great. Bathroom was tiny.
