"We booked last minute for a 1 night stay and it was exactly what we needed. Comfortable beds and the washer and dryer are amazing! Super convenient to stores, restaurants ect. and close to the beach! We could have used some more towels and toiletries in the bathrooms but those are extras and did not impede our overall experience. Eric was responsive and we didn't have any trouble getting in or out of the house. "

"Good location for my one night stay NYE for a show at Terra Fermata. Only negatives are a few small cleaning issues. Place smelled of cigarettes, random food items in fridge, and hot tub had lots of sand in it visible by just opening the lid. The shower also has a rain head mounted on the wall so the water just trickles down the face of the shower head and the bath towels are closer to shop rags. "

"Positives: we were able to check in early, which was appreciated. The house is in a central location to downtown/riverwalk in Stuart. The house was clean, well maintained, and the furniture/beds were comfy. Could improve: communication was not through VRBO, instead it was 4 or 5 different people sending emails, so responses were delayed and confusing. There is also a dog kennel a few houses down, a bunch of them bark from morning to night, it was a bit bothersome. While the location is...

"We enjoyed staying here for a night. It’s much different than beachfront hotels we are used to. I really enjoyed the feeling of going back in time, but it was comfortable with updated AC, appliances etc. Also, bed and sheets were VERY comfortable!"

"The patio area was very nice clean. There was no railing to get into the pool so you could not use the pool and it wasn’t heater… no amenities at all, not even soap or shampoo in the shower.. they left a coffee pot, but no cups .. no microwave .. even Motels give you a microwave.. "
