Room was clean but could do with being upgraded…can see that the hotel is in the process of being upgraded. Entrance, lobby, bar and restaurant areas all looked lovely and modern, however, once you enter the lifts you can tell everything is older and looking very tired. Room was spacious, but basic, it was adequate for our needs and fairly priced. Not too far from the town Center or train station along with other shopping areas. Over all it was a good stay, easy to check in and out too!

The room was lovely. I would prefer a walk in shower next time and housekeeping staff were so kind and so we know the type of room to ask for on another stay. Grace the waitress is so welcoming as this is our fourth stay as is Joseph in the lounge. Staff and other customers are always so friendly we do enjoy our stay. Thank you
