“Host was very responsive at the time off booking and sent clear, helpful instructions on access and what was around the local area, well presented, clean and tidy great location with supermarket, bars and plenty of places to eat, the location is lovely and had everything you would need, No noise issues, Comfortable bed and well-equipped kitchen. If I am in the area I shall book again if it's available. Many thanks for a great stay, would highly recommend, thanks again.”

“River Dance cottage is a comfortable.clean and well presented holiday stay. The owners go to great lengths to ensure you feel welcome, and also have everything you need. A welcome pack of wine and tasty cookies are left for you to enjoy, the cottage has a fitted kitchen with all amenities. The towels are thick and fluffy too. Beds are well made and comfortable and the bathrooms have everything you need from shampoo and conditioner to hand soap. Highly recommend a stay here, it’s a shame we……

“Beautifully clean cottage in an idyllic setting. The house was lovely and warm when we arrived, which was very much appreciated for a chilly weekend, as were the fresh milk and delicious biscuits. Fantastic walks all over, every one of which our dogs loved.The cottage had everything we needed. “A perfectly and cleverly designed little flatlet type holiday apartment. Just what we needed for a two night stay in beautiful York. The location was brilliant and close to restaurants, bars, attractions, but still peaceful and quiet. The apartment has been decorated to the highest of standards with the most tasteful and high quality soft furnishings. It was also immaculately presented. “This is a light, airy, spacious annexe, clearly built as a home and therefore great as a temporary home. There is nothing that needs any improvement! Even the buses are good - every 7 minutes to Harrogate during the day, and run late into the night. I recommend it wholeheartedly. Thank you so much”
