Eigentlich müsste es Heissen, dass weder Aufenthaltsraum, noch die Zimmer einen Fahrstuhl besitzen. Denn si ging ich davon aus, dass man mit Lift in die Zimmer kommt, halt nur nicht in die Gemeinschaftsräume. Müsste man konkreter beschreiben. Deswegen bei Zustand und Konfort nur je 3...
