“Overall it was a great stay and was everything my family & I needed it to be. Host was understanding and had great communication as well. Even brought us some towels to the home. Prime Location within 2 miles of all the main attractions in Charlotte. The outside had me nervous at first but the inside is much more appealing than I initially expected. Also had TV’s in every room which was a huge plus for us. I would definitely recommend this home to others visiting the Clt area. ”

“My husband and our two dogs spent the night here on our drive from Florida to Pittsburgh. It was perfect. We arrived at 4:00 went on a beautiful walking trial with our dogs and made a couple stops at a wine/coffee bar for a some drinks and a restaurant to have dinner. Both places welcomed dogs, fun atmospheres and were tasty. Lots of walkable places to explore. The house was very clean and comfy. We can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time! ”

“In a word…PERFECT!!! We stayed for 11 nights, and this truly became our home away from home. The property manager, Sharon, and her husband could not have been nicer or more responsive. The neighborhood and surrounding area were awesome. Centrally located, we had easy access to downtown, pharmacies, grocery stores, and major roads. As a bonus, Optimist Hall was within walking distance (1 mile). The property was spacious, and very comfortable. The beds and pillows were super comfy. ...

“We really enjoyed our stay at this location. The studio room was quiet, and the rooftop patio was a great bonus—we even caught the fireworks! The only challenge was parking. I wish there had been a way to unload right next to the steps leading up to the studio. We checked in on a Sunday, and the driveway was full with no available street parking. A cart to help roll in items would have been helpful. We needed to extend our stay by a few hours and were able to do so for a small fee—totally worth...

“We had 3 generations of our family staying - 8 adults, 3 children. The house is located much further from Fort Mill (where my sister lives) and the Bank of America Stadium than the listing indicates. Beds were comfy. Some pillow cases were stained possibly soiled so we didn’t use them. The house has had beautiful renovations done to it. However, it is not clean. It has obviously been used has a party house. The house reeked of drugs and marijuana. The floors were not cleaned at all. All the...
