"Only 1 person to clean 20 rooms so something had to give. Dinner on first night was poorly cooked and badly presented. Never had breakfast on any of the 4 mornings during our stay as we were not told by Claremont or Hotels that it was included. Great confusion over pricing and manager was nor initially ..."

"We rented a luxury apartment. It had a spacious living area with all you need for self catering. Housekeeper there to welcome us and show us to the room. Like the fact you can have your apartment serviced - clean towels etc. If you have a car there are reserved spaces out the back in the car park. ..."
