It’s hard to imagine a more perfect vacation destination.

Summit 604 looks directly out over the Gulf. Bring your cool drinks out on the balcony and lie back to watch the action on the beach or around the two pools. Better yet, slip into your swimsuit and head down to the shore yourself. It’s so convenient.

Summit 604 can easily accommodate a party of six when the sofa sleeper is used as a bed for two. You’ll spend many fun evenings watching the large living room TV, playing games around the dining table or simply chatting about your day’s activities. Serve the kids cereal around the breakfast bar. The well-outfitted Summit 604 kitchen may tempt you to eat a lot of meals at the condo, but with so many excellent restaurant choices nearby, you’ll want to go out often too. After all it is vacation!

As a special convenience, you’ll find a stacked washer and dryer right off the kitchen. When you return to the condo after a day of fun at the resort, down at Pier Park or on the beach, your king-size bed will look so good. You’ll get a good sleep and maybe watch some TV from bed. Two other guests can sleep in the built-in bunk beds tucked away in the hall. In the morning you have your choice of a shower or tub to start your day. You and your friends or family will have a wonderful beach vacation at Summit 604.

Love the security!

Felt totally comfortable staying there with my family including small children. Gated entrance and exit, always security on site, quiet hours were enforced! Will definitely stay at The Summit again!

Stayed 4 nights in May 2023
