Amazing stargazing at night time. Very quiet and peaceful. Good distance between other guests. Well stocked facilities. During the rain, water leaked into tent around A/C unit which is completely understandable with the set up. A/C worked amazing during the day. Instantly cools the tent. 10/10 would book another stay.

I'll start at the beginning. The road to get to the campground is rough and rocky, so keep it in mind if you have a smaller car. We stayed in the covered wagon and it was well marked. Plus the host sent us a message letting us know exactly where it was plus the door code. The door code was very generic and probably could've been guessed by other people staying that night plus the host said it very loudly as she greeted us. I still rated highly but think they need to be more creative with the codes. The bathrooms were farther away from the covered wagon. Covered wagons do not have a bathroom or a mirror so plan accordingly. The pathways to the covered wagons is quite steep and narrow. I am pretty sturdy on my feet but if your carrying a lot of luggage it can be challenging. Very beautiful place, amazing scenery and we woke up to roosters and GOATS roaming the property!

Property was great. Very close to Zion and right in the middle of Springdale. Hosts checked in email everyday and answered any questions very quickly. We would definitely stay here again.
