“The setting is lovely, the landscaping impeccable and staff was friendly and attentive. My husband is visually impaired and there were a lot of hardscape steps that were difficult to navigate because of poor lighting at night. The lobby and restaurant areas at night were also very dim. “The pool and view are awesome. Sadly, this hotel clearly has slid into disrepair. There were at least 30 mosaic tiles loose on the shower floor--one cut my foot. The walls looked like a 12 year old did the painting--so much paint on the beautiful tiles, ceiling, door trim. Doing a nice job on the paint would have cost almost nothing, so sad! Hundreds of tiny ants crawling around the porch slider. Electricity out both nights. Second night from midnight to after 10 am--so no ac, running……
