Actually, they might use the appropriate apps because our phone could not download the Grab Apps due to technical problem. Moreover, hotel wifi sometimes was not connected.”

Efter kommunikation via WhatsApp lykkedes det og betalingen blev foretaget senere ved personlig fremmøde. Jeg var ikke blevet orienteret om at der var selfcheckin. Og derved ville det være nemmere hvis betalingen var udført inden ankomst. Værelset var ok set i forhold til prisen. ”
