Employees were just okay at check-in. We waited over 10minutes for assistance and received no apologies. The breakfast was not good either. The room was fine, just very basic amenities. Left a bit disappointed as hotel rooms are not cheap, but it worked for bare minimum. The doors are also very loud no matter what, all day/night you hear other people’s door slamming shut. Not relaxing.

It was beautiful and clean. Everyone was friendly and helpful. They even went to the trouble of replacing a pastry from a local bakery my nephew accidentally left behind when changing rooms. My only complaint was there were too many emails and text messages from both Expedia and the hotel. Probably 3-6 per day starting a couple of weeks prior to our trip!

Staff answered all questions. Room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. Nice pool was a nice feature and the breakfast was good.

I liked the fact that the staff was always extremely helpful and they're at a moment's notice if you needed them. I also liked the fact that little Park was right across the street and was a beautiful Park. I also really like the fact that I felt safe to walk outside at night to walk my dogs. I did love the fact that the hotel was very pet friendly. The only drawback was they did not have a swimming pool or sauna.

The apartment was clean, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything I needed was right there, and the space felt modern and well-maintained. Parking was great! Perfect for our family vacation — we’d definitely come back!
