Great hidden gym close to CVG airport. Large rooms, comfortable beds, and friendly staff. Family owned hotel. Close to dining.

The hotel was clean. The only complaint we have is the music that plays in the lobby was EXTREMELY loud. We could not even talk to each other walking through the lobby. I thought we were at a concert. I know when we are at a hotel I am looking for relaxation not to become deaf.

My husband and I drove 3.5 hours for a Reds game and did not want to spend a fortune on a hotel. When we pulled up to the hotel, we did not see a big sign or anyone with valet. We ended up having to find the parking garage ourselves by driving around the block multiple times. We don’t need a huge room or anything special but we do expect the room to be clean. The room is small and seemed even smaller with the dark decorations and carpet. The room needs updated but I could not get past the dirty baseboards in the room and floor in the bathroom. In the cabinet we found a glass jug of water that said it was locally filtered water and sealed with a small piece of tape. We looked everywhere to see if it was complimentary as we were so thirsty and no water/ice dispenser anywhere on our floor. It did not say it was complimentary anywhere in the room so I had to call the front desk which rang and rang until someone at the desk answered. They said yes it’s complimentary and pretty much hung up before I could ask about the water/ice dispenser. There were cases and cases of bottle water behind the desk and when we asked for one he told us they were brought in for a big group and they had no waters for us. The location was great and everything was in walking distance. That’s about the only positive.
