This hotel was renovated a few years ago and re-opened. All rooms are on the 2nd floor and I've stayed in about 4 different ones as each one is unique to the building's architecture. I mention the second floor because there is no elevator so you have to use stairs. Handicapped people might have trouble, I'd check with the hotel as to what they can accommodate. This was a random unplanned stay on the way home from Charleston, SC. Tired of driving, we decided to get some sleep. Found this on Expedia with great ratings and booked it. When we arrived at 9pm, we were greeted by a very friendly front desk staff member who also took the time to interact with my children!! Easy access from the interstate. Room size was nice and plenty. The condition of the room was very clean and the bed and pillows are comfortable.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The woman at the front desk went out of her way to print off maps to Oxford, Ohio for the families staying there. Everything was very clean throughout the hotel. The breakfast was very tasty and there were plenty of choices for everyone. I would definitely stay here again.

We spent 2 nights at the hotel while on a college visit with my daughter. We arrived at almost 1:00 in the morning, very tired and ready to hit the pillows. The young man who greeted us at the desk was very welcoming and made sure we knew about breakfast the next morning. The following day we were exausted after visiting the college. Good, hot breakfast with egg disks and sausage, waffles. Whole fruits. Cereals and skim and whole milk. Price not bad since it was on sale for one day only. Room could have been warmer since they knew we were coming and had the room picked out. Location good by interstate and gas stations nearby.

One of the best stays I've ever had

The hotel was fine, but Expedia was not! The lady I talked with was not helpful and was rather rude! She refused to give me the hotel's local phone # so I could ask them some questions regarding our planned stay. I reported this to the hotel personal and they said they have had problems with Expedia.

We stayed here for three nights with our two little children. The room is very quiet, unlike other hotel rooms. The pool is warm. Best of all, the staff are super friendly to us. During the buffet breakfast, one staff even serves us and cleans up for us. Really recommend this hotel in this area.

Beautiful rooms, restaurant, and bar. An absolutely gorgeous building and public spaces for guests. Friendly and helpful staff made luxury easy, and accessible to even the most simplest of travelers on a brilliant and welcoming level.

My new favorite hotel chain. Beautiful, clean, contemporary rooms. I only with the shower got hotter. Lol

Thai was a great choice for our larger family. We could actually fit all 6 of us in one suite with the pull out couch. It was very clean and the breakfast was even decent for being COVID times. We liked our stay so much we decided to stay a 2nd night!
