"Great hotel for families and some of the staff were excellent. Other staff were lazy and disappointing. Management has ignored my attempts to provide direct feedback about some serious areas of concern. Seems to be getting renovated. We tolerated poor water pressure, leaking AC unit over the bed, and nails being trimmed by staff in the dining area. If you don’t have high expectations from the service it’s a good place for kids and family. It’s a shame the hotel has so much potential, just needs to employ a strong manager."

Everything about it is simply breathtaking: the beauty of the surroundings, the exceptional attention to detail, and the thoughtful amenities in the villa. Our private pool with those stunning views made every moment feel magical. We also had an amazing dining experience at the Italian restaurant—the dinner was absolutely delicious. Breakfast was equally impressive, with great variety and high-quality options. The views from the pool and throughout the property are just невероятные, creating the perfect atmosphere to relax and disconnect. The included activities are a wonderful bonus, adding even more value to the stay. Honestly, our only regret is staying for just one day. "The breakfast at Naga Kitchen is impressive, we enjoyed Krabi cold brew coffee and ginger guava juice every morning, Saffron is amazing, we had a wonderful dinner there, it has been raining quite a bit during our stay, went for Muay Thai session, got various options to do at rainy days which is great."
