"It was nice to stay away from the business of Hastings Street. The shuttle bus every hour was a great perk. We did drive down in the evening because the bishops at 6pm. I parking wasn’t so bad. We enjoyed the pool, room, food options, and breakfast!! We would stay again"

"I had an executive king room with lovely views, after being kept up all night with the neighbours loud TV and foul language fighting in the room and hallway I finally went to reception. I was kindly offered to change rooms, to a family room with queen not king sized beds and no view. Worst of all I was right behind the lift with an adjoining wall so had to listen to it all day and night. I am so disappointed that the guest who did nothing wrong was given a far worse room option"

"Love staying here with my kids. The property is in a great location with just about everything you need in walking distance like the beach, surf club, restaurants, ice cream store and convenience store. Supermarkets are just a short drive away. The in room kitchenette is basic but enough to cook easy meals( this room didn't have an oven but there are BBQ facilities on site). Staff are very friendly. The rooms are showing their age and could definitely do with an update but the real show stopper here are the pools which is why the kids keep insisting we come back! A huge (100m+) lagoon pool winding through beautifully kept tropical gardens, and at both ends of the lagoon is a waterside, large heated pool and hot spa. Everything you need for a great family holiday."

"The room was tiny! No drawers, only a very small open wardrobe with 2 coat hangers. Nowhere to put cases. Bed right up against the wall so very awkward. There was a courtesy bus into Noosa but we only found out by talking to a staff member, lack of information off anyone . No lift so we had to carry our cases up flights of stairs. On our departure there were 3 staff members who could see we were struggling but offered no help. Difficult to check in no-one around , we had to ask bar staff what to do. Sunday night hotel closed up by 9pm we had great difficulty getting back in, had to go thru their late night bar and security had to get someone to help us to our room. They are more concerned about the new extension bar/meal area don’t seem bothered about the actual hotel side. It is in a great area tho but wouldn’t stay there again. "

"First of all, the room was stifling hot when I entered only to find the air conditioning was unable to have the temperature lowered other than at Reception which is bizarre. The air conditioning on / off switch had a note to ring nine for Reception to get the temperature adjusted however the unit did not have a phone to ring nine - another failure. So a trip to Reception at least got some cooling on the go. Wanted to watch some television however there was no remote, another trip to Reception to get a substitute remote. The bathroom was next level of unbelievable. The slope of the floor was towards the door and there was no way of keeping the flow of the shower within the shower base thereby floodingthe bathroom floor and only numerous towels at the doorstop prevented it flowing out onto the carpet. Probably one of the worst hotel units I have ever experienced and it is only a few years old. Staff were pretty good and understanding and I think the building has some pretty significant faults which they are used to dealing with."

"check in staff were really helpful and friendly which started our stay very well. The kids all loved the games room, pools and tennis court and the location and proximity to the river were fabulous. Great value stay!"
