The house layout is good, too. The interior and furniture are dated with some pieces broken. Additionally, the house could use a deep clean. A deck off of one of the bedrooms was under repair, so unusable. This house is located a short walk to the beach. The private pool was nice and we were able to see a sea turtle from the private dock. The home had all the standard equipment as needed for a week-long stay. Our listing said there was a hot tub and had a picture of a gas grill, neither were included but the owner was very responsive when I brought those issues up and the listing has been edited. There is a charcoal grill. Very well stocked. Grandkids enjoyed fishing off the dock and everyone enjoyed the pool. Walk to beach access was a bit challenging with children. The house is clean and has a great open floor plan with plenty of room for family and friends to gather and play. Every room has its own TV and Roku setup, and the loft leads out to a widow’s walk for fantastic stargazing. The kitchen is a little tight, but what one isn’t with 8+ people staying in a house? Public beach access is close by, and the pier and general store (and ice cream!) are only a few blocks away as well. The owner was prompt and polite in all communications.
