“We made the carport into a reception area and had a wedding on the beach. It was a great space for this use. We had to trim the tree off the steps to the front door. A little landscaping would help. We also replaced all the bulbs to the lights in the carport. Overall though it was just what we needed.”

The home owner answered all questions in a timely manner. If we go back to Holden Beach will definitely stay again. We had a blast.”

“Great little beach house for my husband and I. The king bed was comfortable as was the den furniture. The porch looking at the ocean was great! There is a public walkway just to the right of the house that we used to take our stuff to the beach. I wish the house had rocking chairs but, I knew this upfront based on the pictures so I brought my own. It is a great little beach house with an old-school vibe and we would definitely rent this property again. ”

“Our first visit to Holden beach, first beach house in general as a young family with 2 young kids (including a toddler). The amenities (little things at your house you wouldn’t expect at a rental property) at Nauti1 really helped make our vacation great. Regarding kiddos, we brought a baby gate to block off the steps and moved their decor up away from little hands but other than that it was very conducive to our little one. The best pizza place (Patronies) was across the street. A 7 mins drive, if that, from the actual beach. Yet hidden enough away from everyone that you have complete privacy.
