Come into this very spacious top floor condo with an amazing back balcony and cozy little balcony on the front to enjoy the salt air. Master bedroom has ample space for comfort,night lamps and charging stations next to the beds, closet and balcony access. The master ensuite ensures privacy away from the rest of the house. The second bedroom also has plenty of storage, nightlamps with charging stations and a balcony access. The second bathroom is a full bath shared with the common space.

In the kichen you`ll find most of your cooking needs to enjoy meals at home when you`re not out exploring the locals hot spots. Dining table and bar seating provide ample eating space or card playing activities!

Enjoy evening breeze on the back balcony with the whole family or just a quiet space to getaway.

Our guests will have full access to the condo. Washer and dryer are located in the storage closet on the back patio.

EXTRAS supplied for your reservation:
✦Every reservation the house comes equipped with 6 Keurig coffee cups, single serving creamers, sugars and stevia, and a few snacks for your arrival. Please let us know if there are any special occasions.
-All bed linens are provided for beds and air mattress.
-Bath towel set per person included: 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth and 2 hand towels in each bathroom. (We do not supply beach towels so we suggest bringing your own or they can be purchased locally as a souvenir.)
-We supply a starter of shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
-Basic amenities starter pack: 1 roll of kitchen paper towels, 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, 2 kitchen garbage bags, dish soap, a sponge, handsoap, and some laundry detergent to get you started. If you need more for a longer stay, you will be able to find everything you need at the local grocery a few minutes from the condo.

By booking this property, you agree to complete our easy, app-free online check-in process prior to arrival. This step is mandatory to receive your check-in instructions and includes:

Rental Agreement: Reviewing and signing our standard rental agreement.

ID Verification: Uploading a copy of a government-issued photo ID that matches your booking profile name.

Property Protection: Selecting your choice of either a refundable security deposit or a convenient, non-refundable damage waiver.

Please note: Check-in instructions are only released once this pre-arrival step is complete. No refunds will be issued for cancellations resulting from a refusal to complete these standard verification steps.

✦Please remember that you`re staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.

✦Camera is located in the ring doorbell, facing away from the inside of the apartment. It does not record 24/7. It is only motion activated and will record audio/visual once there is movement. It will stop recording when movement has stopped. Camera is not reviewed or monitored unless there is an emergency or damage to review. Our lives are very busy, therefore we have zero interest in watching you on camera. Everything is stated above because Airbnb makes us say this.

✦Our condo is located in a lively neighborhood with families nearby and in other units of the building. You may occasionally hear noise from upstairs, including children playing, throughout the day, for your comfort we have supplied earplugs. Please consider this when booking if you prefer a quieter environment.

✦To gain entry into the condo you will need to walk up 2 flights of stairs. There is not a working elevator for this property.

✦Please note that profiles with a lower review rating than 4 stars will not be allowed to book our property on an instant book basis and if for whatever reason the reservation confirms through the system, the reservation may be canceled. For guests with new profiles without reviews, these requests will be reviewed manually and will be subject to screening and questioning before a reservation may be confirmed.

THE RED TAPE:

- No pets without prior written consent. Unauthorized animals caught on property will result in a $500 fine.

- We do not send maintenance to the property during your stay. Only after you depart unless is it a cause for concern.

- No late check-out or early check-in without 24 hours written consent notice. If a guest does not vacate the property by 10AM on their scheduled day of departure, the fee for failing to vacate is $50.00 dollars for the first half hour and $100.00 for each subsequent half hour that the guest fails to vacate the property.

- No refunds for weather/natural disasters/power outages/acts of god/mother nature/bugs/neighbors and neighborhood activity or other things that are beyond our control.

- Absolutely no fires inside or out. Unauthorized fires (including candles) will be charged $100 plus damages.

- This is a non-smoking property. If you smoke inside the home you will be charged $1000. You will be charged an increase in cleaning fee, and you will be charged for any damages.

-We highly recommend that guests consider obtaining travel insurance to protect all travel plans, including your Airbnb stay, in case unforeseen circumstances arise and disrupt your trip. Please note that this property may occasionally have scheduled pest control or maintenance visits during your stay. Whenever possible, we will notify you in advance of the date and time.
House Rules

1) Both smoking and drugs are strictly prohibited in and around the property. Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited.

2) If we find any cigarette or marijuana evidence/ash found within the home, we will be collecting a minimum of $1000 fee.

3) Please do not rearrange our furniture and keep it clean before you leave.

4) Please be respectful of our neighbors and keep noise to a minimum after 10:00 PM.

5) Please rinse sand off feet before entering the property.

6) No unregistered guests or visitors allowed. The maximum property capacity is 8 people.

7) Ensure all doors are locked and windows are closed when you leave the property and if using hard keys, keys are returned to lockbox.

8) Any lost keys, pool fobs, card keys, remotes, etc will result in a replacement fee of $100.

9) Parents must not leave children unsupervised and are fully responsible for their safety at all times.

10) Report any damages and/or breakages immediately. Report any issues or concerns within 24 hours of check in or we understand that the condition of the home is satisfactory for your stay.
