“easy enough, comfy bed, great communication. I was able to settle no problem.”

“I would expect there to be more frequent transport available to take guests between town and hotel. Only one an hour is not enough. I would expect coffee in the room and not have to go to lobby. The staff did not help much when it looked like a storm might strand us at the hotel, I had to do all the investigating - fortunately we were able to get a ferry. It’s not a hotel for anyone wanting to be anywhere than in their room. And in the bad weather we had on our stay it felt empty and lifeless……

“Loved the hotel! Perfect location, helpful staff, and the room was ready when we got off the morning ferry. We got a great recommendation for lunch (Lemon Press), and we liked it that we could open the windows at night for sleeping. Would gladly stay there again!”

“If you’re going to Nantucket and looking for a conveniently located place to stay, you won’t find anything better than the Jared Coffin House. When we arrived at the ferry, I called the hotel and they sent their courtesy vehicle down to pick up all of our items and we were able to walk around town until our hotel room was ready. For the rest of the trip it was so nice to have a place close by to go in the middle of the day to use the restroom before we continue doing whatever we needed to do.……
