“My wife and I had a very nice stay at the Jared Coffin House. The room was very nice and big enough when our adult daughters came over to visit. I would only suggest they add updated electrical outlets since they were few, and no usb outlets. Otherwise, we had a very nice stay.”

“A no frills bed & breakfast experience. The rooms were nice, but bathrooms had broken tiles by the shower. Breakfast was convenient to have for early mornings, but otherwise would skip. Overall a comfortable stay and a short 8-10 min walk to town, but felt a bit lacking.”

It was plenty big enough, the bed was comfy, the water pressure was excellent, the shower tiles were beautiful, and it was tastefully decorated. The gentleman that checked us in was so helpful with recommendations for restaurants. He even called to make our reservation for us. I can’t remember his name but he said he was originally from NYC. The hotel is only a block from the ferry terminal, a half block to the whaling museum and 2……

“Historical prosperity, small bathroom. Very clean, great bed. A big tall person would not be comfortable. Breakfast was just ok. Apparently owners not on property. Helper was nice. Breakfast was just ok.”
