“I’m glad I found the Martin. Great location, easily walkable to the center of town and Brant Point. David, the innkeeper, was really helpful & good with communications. He bakes fresh breakfast goodies and sometimes, cookies for afternoons. He seemed to really care about what he does. The refresh of the Martin is great (fresh coastal) - even though my room was tiny and on the top floor (3) - I described it as a warren - it was fine for me. You have to be able to do steps for that one. Kudos to……

“It would have been 5 stars, but my wife was disappointed to find out she could no longer order regular buttermilk pancakes. They will only make “spiced” batter. It wasn’t great. Used to be able to choose, and they were always her favorite pancakes. Please change this back to the way it was.”
