Staff were wonderful. Breakfast was excellent. Small older rooms with renovated bathrooms. We just used the rooms to sleep in and spent most of our time sightseeing. But when back we spent lots of time relaxing in the large and comfortable reception area.

Great location but poor quality of rooms

The hotel is nice with tons of rooms but the rooms are very dated. Don't let the pics deceive you (I was tricked). The hotel lobby and breakfast lounge are nice. The hotel location is great. The parking can be challenging based on how busy they are but it's free so can't complain. The hotel room, decor, and bedding were dated. The shower was barely enough to stand.

The customer service was excellent- from the arrival to the departure every person we spoke to was extremely helpful and kind. The rooms were huge and spacious- our party of 4 really only needed one room if we knew the size but had two rooms and it was ample space. The location was great, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. The rooms are charming and beds comfortable (although soft). Would recommend and stay here again.

Vores værelses blev ikke gjort rent eller ordnet mens vi var der. Værelset var lidt beskidt og det var sengetøjet også. Kaffekopperne var beskidte på værelset og selvom der var en elkoger, var der hverken kaffe eller te, så man kunne bruge den til noget Personalet til morgenmadsbuffet var meget uhøflige og ikke særlig serviceorienteret. Her tænker jeg ikke på de unge der gik og ryddet fint af, men det ældre personale var hverken smilende eller imødekommende

Alt i alt et udmærket ophold.

Super beliggenhed. Der tilbydes en del parkeringspladser. Sengene var noget bløde, men det er smag og behag. Stolene på værelset var til max 15 min. En sofa kunne gøre underværker. Alt i alt et udmærket ophold. Vi bad dagligt om rengøring på værelset, men glas og kopper blev ikke rengjorte undtaget den dag der var opsyn og her blev kopperne skyllet med hænderne ude på badeværelset. Ingen opfyldning af kaffe/te.

Hotel som bærer præg af mange års slid. Trænger til at blive sat i stand. Service på hotel svingede fra service minded til at ignorere os. Der var meget larm fra gaden og den lokale pub som spillede live musik til kl 01.00. Blandet oplevelse.
