“We did not enjoy our stay here. We could not get hold of reception to ask questions about our check-in and had to call over and over before we finally managed to get hold of them. We got married the night before and were staying here as a relaxing end to our wedding weekend. On checkin the lady said "I believe congratulations are in order! We have put a few small things in your room for you :)" and we said "aww that is so lovely of you!" And she smiled. We didn't expect anything at all, but this……

“A Little GemWillow Cottage is a fabulous place to stay. The standard of cleanliness and comfort is top notch. It’s beautifully decorated and feels like a home from home. The outside dining and sitting area is so peaceful and relaxing. Amanda is the perfect host and ensured we had everything we needed for a truly memorable stay. My only regret is that we only had two nights booked and I would have loved to have stayed longer. Don’t pass this property by!”

“Everything is great at this hotel, even the food at their restaurant was very good. Would love to use their pool next time. The only thing is, it still smells very new, it would be good if there’s a window for us to open to let it ventilate, because I was worried that the smell will affect my toddler ”

“洒店有機器自助辦理入住及退房，並設有地下及一樓的房間，當日被安排住在一樓的78號房，房間都闊落，但熱水供應就有問題，浴室設有冷熱水制，當調校好溫度一段時間，就變成冷水，且不會回復正常溫度，要將冷水制關掉，開大熱水才有熱水供應，所以又要調校適合自己的溫度。因此，需要重覆以上步驟，沖涼的時間亦加長了。酒店設有餐廳，如要出水食麥當勞，就要步行十五至二十分鐘。”
