Nestled in the beautiful mountains of WNC, this newly remodeled cozy cottage is the quite getaway you’ve been looking for. Only 20 minutes from Asheville’s busy downtown or 10 min to the Town of Black Mountain. This cottage is equipped for full on cooking, grilling or just take out and relaxing. Walk out the front door and enjoy the mountainous views and take advantage of the peace and quite of nature. Enjoy and gather around the easy access of the gas fire pit to get the full experience of a peaceful evening with family or friends. Ample parking for multiple vehicles.

Great time had by all
House is adorable and has everything you need for a fun,exciting and great family time. We came with our 3 grown kids for Christmas. We had a birthday party too. House had plenty of space for everyone to have there own room. My daughter lives in Asheville. She went to college at Mars Hill and never left. She took us to the hot springs. Which was great being that it was 35 degrees out. We ate at some great restaurants. 9 mile restaurant Merriman ave was fabulous. Stackhouse in Mars Hill another great place to eat. The house is in the middle of many great fun things to do. Enjoy

Cute and cozy cabin
We had a fantastic time staying at the cabin! Kim, the host was very responsive to my messages and just wanted us to enjoy our stay. We loved all the little personal touches, like the host leaving us some yummy snacks and coffee pods! The road is a bit windy and steep but this can be expected from staying in the area and we got up there with our car without a problem. We would recommend this cute cabin for a nice relaxing getaway.

Adorable place, excellent hosts
The cottage was spotless and cozy with cute thoughtful touches that show the owners really care about the home and the people who stay there. Kim was very responsive and helpful. Getting there and getting in was a breeze — I don’t understand other comments about the driveway, it was just a small hill and we made it up fine in a front wheel drive compact. You’re in the mountains, people. My only feedback is that the bedroom and bathroom doors get stuck easily, should be a simple fix. Thx for letting us stay at your beautiful property!

Cute house in the woods.
The property is just a few minutes from town. The driveway to it is very steep, it was washed out in places, and you drive right in front of (I asssume) the owners property to get around to the house up behind them on the hill. The house was clean and newly renovated. It's small and cozy. The pictures are accurate. We had 3 adults and 4 kids and slept well.

Adorable cabin tucked in the mountains. Close to adorable Black Mountain and minutes from anything you might need! The host was VERY responsive when we couldn’t get the internet to connect. They even had muffins and a cupcake waiting for us! Would stay here again.

The cottage was exactly as listed-delightful to sit on deck with coffee in the morning and hear the birds! The drive up the steep gravel road was curvy and some areas badly rutted. Difficult to navigate at night!

Excellent mountain cottage
Beautiful location and clean interior! Host provided amenities like cornhole boards, a fire pit, and a smart TV. Only complaint is that a few of the doors are a little wonky, the bathroom door can be opened from the outside even when locked and one of the larger bedroom doors doesn’t fully close. Other than that, we had a fantastic stay!
