The cottage is bright and cozy with underfloor heating throughout the house. There is a well-equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and fridge/freezer with 30 l. freezer capacity. The kitchen is in open connection with the living room, where there is a radio with Bluetooth speaker, Smart TV and 200 Mbit is available, so you can stream your own services. From the kitchen/dining room there is access to a lovely covered terrace, where there is a barbecue and garden furniture available. The cottage can accommodate up to six people spread over two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, respectively, and the last two sleeping places are located in the loft and are best suited for older children (6-12 years). There is a nice bathroom with shower and washing machine. The house is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump, which ensures a good indoor climate all year round. For the little ones, there is both a high chair and a weekend bed. Please note that charging electric cars is not allowed. There are 8 charging stations at Business College Syd in Mommark 1500 m from the house. The cottage is located in a lovely holiday area at Mommark. The beautiful nature invites you to hike and cycle. A small, pleasant forest path leads down to the beach, where there is a bathing jetty. The cottage is located on a communal area and down towards the beach there is a large open area with grass, a football pitch, a campfire site and a small playground. Note: Not for commercial rental.
