Alfeo Bellevue is a romantic apartment located in the heart of the island of Ortigia, which directly overlooks the western seafront, a few steps from the Arethusa fountain and enjoys a unique view thanks to the balcony and private terrace, from which you can enjoy incomparable sunsets on the island of Ortigia. The apartment has a kitchen equipped with a kettle and espresso machine, the room is air conditioned and covered by a WiFi network.
The apartments are managed by an agency that requires the signing of a rental agreement, pursuant to art. 1571 et seq. of the Civil Code, with regular registration of the documents necessary for the issuance of the invoice. The requested documents are used exclusively to comply with fiscal and public security obligations, as required by current Italian legislation. .
