The property was clean and well located, but my stay was far from seamless. From day one, there was no internet and no electricity in the kitchen (risking the food in the fridge), and the next morning there was no hot water because the gas tank had run out. With no concierge or on-site staff, I was guided through WhatsApp to troubleshoot issues myself, which felt unprofessional. I paid to stay at the property, not to resolve maintenance issues. Although someone was eventually sent, each fix took hours, and I lost 3–4 hours daily dealing with problems. The location is good, but I would only recommend this property if they add proper on-site support.
