En general bien Personal muy amable Habitacion bien en gral, se batalla mucho con el jabon liquido en la regadera. La crema para el cuerpo muy rara, muy liquida, nunca me había tocado algo así, pero si olia bien. El desayuno muy monotono, le falta varied, los huevos siempre los Miamis, no hay tocino, el omelette solo con queso y jamon, nada mas.

Excelentes instalaciones y la vista que tienen los pisos altos, definitivamente es una de las mejores de Tacna. Puede mejorar el desayuno bufet. Pero todo excelente!! Volveremos.

No se merecen estar catalogados como 5 estrellas

Mal, no tienen productos que ofertan en el restaurante El servicio de tintorería ( en seco) no existe, aunque lo ofrecen Se supone que es un hotel 5 estrellas y ni siquiera me ofrecieron ayuda con mis maletas ni al ingreso ni a la salida . Si te hospedas en temporada fría, la piscina es únicamente decorativa ya que no es temperada y al estar en la terraza y sin cubierta es simplemente imposible de usar ya que el agua es helada.

Muy buen hotel , pero con detalles que bajan su ca

El Hotel en general muy bien , pequeños detalles, que le bajan la calificación : el lavamos tenía una grieta casi de lado a lado ; no dejan botellas de agua de cortesía, tampoco había cucharas para preparar el café en la habitación, solo había un café disponible igual que en la reposición, y por último solo dos ascensores, que son claramente insuficientes para el el número de piezas y el flujo de pasajeros. El personal muy atento y preocupado de la atención, especialmente el del restaurante.
