No hay escaleras desde los estacionamientos traseros Edificio de condominios tranquilo y seguro de 11 unidades con residentes en su mayoría mayores Al lado de la mansión más grande de Tacoma. Condominio moderno con vista al mar de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños (920 pies cuadrados) En una calle arbolada en uno de los mejores barrios de Tacoma (North Slope) Piso medio (sin escaleras) de un edificio tranquilo, seguro, de 11 unidades Al lado de The William Ross Rust Mansion, una de las mansiones más grandes de Tacoma Barrio histórico con casas señoriales de 100 años de antigüedad, árboles gigantes y vistas a Commencement Bay A minutos del centro, Old Town, el paseo marítimo de Ruston Way, la moderna avenida 6\. El distrito comercial, UPS (1 milla), UW, Tacoma General Hospital, Children's Hospital y Point Defiance Park, Zoo, Aquarium, y se encuentra a pocas cuadras al sur de la prestigiosa escuela privada Annie Wright (3 cuadras). Nueva cocina totalmente equipada (lavavajillas, garburador, cafetera Keurig con café gourmet, cafetera de goteo) Dos baños nuevos, uno con bañera / ducha con jacuzzi y otro con ducha Balcón con vista a la avenida arbolada de Yakima. y una buena vista de la bahía (océano). Nuevo televisor inteligente con cable, Wi-Fi, Internet de alta velocidad y servicio de lavandería. El condominio es un alquiler ejecutivo amueblado dedicado a corto plazo. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama doble con un colchón cómodo y un baño en suite con ducha. El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama tamaño queen con un cómodo colchón y una lavadora y secadora ocultas. El salón tiene un sofá y una silla, y una puerta corredera de cristal al balcón. El comedor tiene una mesa y sillas para 6. El acceso a la puerta principal es desde el exterior (el edificio no tiene pasillos interiores ni ascensor). Hay estacionamiento gratuito disponible en el frente y detrás de la unidad. Le recomiendo que use el estacionamiento trasero para esta unidad, ya que no se requieren escaleras para acceder desde el estacionamiento trasero. Hay mucho espacio de almacenamiento en el armario. We stayed in #5 and enjoyed the view from the patio. Very close to everything like the zoo and glass museum. Communication with Ron was excellent , very easy check in and check out. Biggest thing for me was it was a safe location. Way better value than staying in a cramped hotel. We were in the area for a basketball tournament for my daughter and to be able to wash clothes and cook some meals was an added bonus. Ron spells everything out well. Enjoyed the view while relaxing out on the balcony, the Jacuzzi bath was great. The owner was very helpful when I had questions. It is a nice place and central to our visit. Each had our own bed & bath and was several hundred dollars cheaper than each of us getting a hotel room. Onsite parking was easy, just keep in mind there are some old cobble stone roads in the area. There are great Puget Sound views off the balcony and from the dinette area. Ron is an exceptional host and the one minor problem we encountered during our visit was fixed the next day. We ended up spending more time at the condo due to the weather conditions, than we originally planned. I was close to everything. Was well stocked with essentials. Extremely clean.
