“Location can’t be beat- right on the square, Hotel is charming with very friendly and helpful staff. The only problem is with the charm of an old building comes the lack of modern conveniences- namely air conditioning. No hotel on the square will have a.c, thought, and the room does have a fan to help, so it is manageable.”

“Staff is nice and friendly though self parking seems to mean parking at a fee I got free parking in the end as there was plenty of space in the secured area of parking and that without any obstacle. Coop supermarket is just minutes' walk from the hotel”

“酒店只有十幾間房間，地面是餐廳酒吧，一樓和二樓是酒店房間(沒有電梯)。雖然這間店已經有百年歷史，但可能有翻新，內裡裝修很好。剛好提供了一間面積比較大嘅房間，但對著十字路口，清晨有點車聲，需要關窗睡覺，有風扇提供。早餐雖然沒有熱食，但仍算比較好味。職員很友善。從火車站去酒店，可以乘坐1號巴士，只需要三個站就到Bentor，落車後酒店就在對面。可以問職員取優惠券就可以免費乘坐巴士，不知道船或其他是否也有優惠。”

“The location was absolutely breathtaking right on the lake. Everything was within walking distance great food great drinks great shopping. It was truly amazing. The staff was super helpful and friendly parking right up front or in the garage below. Highly recommend this hotel.”

“It would have been good to have instructions on how to enter the indoor parking facility. It was a shame also that the charging stations were not operational although advertised as available online. There was no option to check out on the self service screen at the reception.”
