(Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! "After dealing with some really disappointing hotel experiences on this trip, staying here was an absolute breath of fresh air. This hotel is truly wonderful, and the hospitality we experienced was outstanding. Here is why I highly recommend this hotel: Generous Upgrades & Stunning Views: Unlike other hotels that refuse to accommodate guests, Taal Vista kindly upgraded our room upon availability. The view of the Taal Volcano straight from our balcony was absolutely breathtaking and unforgettable. Wonderful & Kind Staff: The customer service here is excellent. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming. Fantastic Buffet & Live Music: The buffet was delicious with a great variety of food. To make the dining experience even better, they had someone beautifully serenading the guests while we ate, which created such a lovely, relaxing atmosphere. Taal Vista Hotel knows how to treat their guests right. It gave me the peaceful, beautiful break I truly needed. I will definitely be back!"
