“Clean, large room. Big Bed. Great breakfast. Staff were friendly and gave us a warm welcome. Dave the manager is a star! Will stay there again. ”

“We were greeted by Dale, who kindly helped us checking in very promptly at the bar. We were asked to schedule our breakfast(free of charge) time for the next morning. We were afraid that the room might be noisy at night as all the rooms were right above the bar/restaurant but it was very quiet. Room/bath nicely updated with modern yet cozy vibe and spotlessly clean! our room was facing the main street with some mountain view. parking was free and right behind the building. “Everything was just perfect. Smooth checkin, the staff were really welcoming and approachable. The room was spotless, spacious, the layout was well thought out and the bed was very comfortable. It was great to have a proper big bed instead of two put together as some hotels do! Really handy to have a little kitchen area, especially the fridge. We had the tasting menu for dinner and breakfast the following morning. Everything was delicious, excellent quality and beautifully presented. The……

“Super hotel in middle of Dolgellau. Efficiently run by courteous friendly professional staff. We did not eat there but wish we had! Everything as it should be in a good hotel. Plentiful overnight parking in the long stay carpark behind the hotel. Some traffic noise as it is an old building with single glazing but that is to be expected. ”
