The hotel staff failed to provide breakfast throughout my stay and refused to send the bill for the booking amount, despite me sending them the receipt. staff member, keeps making excuses, promising to send it 'today' or 'tomorrow'. This hotel was a terrible experience.

While we became apprehensive about the location while driving from airport, stepping into this facility alleviated all concerns. The facility is clean with excellent and professional staff. Our family had a good time staying for two nights. The food served was delicious. The shuttle to airport was complementary. The rooms were elegant and we will visit this place again when we get a chance.

I had a very disappointing experience at The Elevate Hotel in Mahipalpur, New Delhi. The biggest issue was the cleanliness and overall condition of the room. The bath towels looked more like old cleaning rags—very rough, heavily used, and far from the clean white towels one would expect from a hotel. The airport pickup service was also poorly managed. I had to call the hotel myself, and they informed me that they could not contact me because I had an international phone number. They then asked whether I had WhatsApp. In the end, I had to arrange and pay for my own taxi to the hotel. I did not try the food, so I cannot comment on the dining experience. However, the bathroom was not up to acceptable standards, and the surrounding neighborhood was also not particularly appealing. For a hotel charging around $60 per night, I found the amenities and overall experience to be very substandard. Unfortunately, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.
