"This hotel was easily one of the best hotels we stayed in Japan. The hotel rooms have a proper ryokan feel and the hotel staff are the nicest people I have came across in Japan. We didn’t even ask them for a shuttle pick up from our bus stop but a car with a driver was already there They provide free shuttle to and fro Sukurai station which I wish I knew from before. "Mr. O. Watanabe and staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. All staff displayed excellent customer service, being professional, kind and helpful. The housekeeping ladies on floor five are very nice, meticulous in cleaning detail and always had my room and linens looking perfect when I returned in the evening. The front desk staff give good directions and transportation suggestions in English, if needed. They took special care in keeping my luggage after check out, while waiting to go to the airport.
This hotel is across the street from the Namba Nankai Station. making it convenient for train to airport and travel access. The area offers an extensive variety of shopping and sightseeing options within walking distance.
I felt very safe, valued as a customer and thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sosetsu Fresa Inn at Namba in Osaka. I highly recommend this hotel. "
