"This is a very authentic Japanese hotel and appeared to be mostly Japanese tourists. The dinner buffet had very loud live performance and the audience was definitely into it. There's an onsen at this hotel and a pool. The pool closes early and opens late so heads up. We didn't really pay attention to where the hotel was. "We are lucky we chose the Swissotel. Having never been to Osaka, this is the place to stay for proximity and ease of access to trains!! Best decision we made!! "
"Great location, clean room, lots of famous restaurants. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. not easy to use the washing machine and dryer. Refrigerator is not working well. However, I can see Dotonbori from my room and only 2 mins to walk to the place for the day tour bus stop. Staff are really kind. "
"We stayed in a Junior Suite which is very spacious and comfortable. We were offered welcome drinks, breakfast at the Executive Club and free parking. Our room overlooks the Osaka Castle and the view is spectacular! The Concierge service is excellent, and my booking for restaurants were handled very nicely."
