The neighborhood is quiet and lovely. The home was clean and spacious for the 5 of us. We particularly enjoyed the back deck in the mornings listening to and watching the surrounding nature. This house has everything needed to be comfortable for a long stay. There are no stairs required to enter the home so it was easy to bring my mom over for a visit and to enjoy some family meals together. The deck in the back is very relaxing and we enjoyed the birds and other wildlife . The neighborhood is quiet, friendly, and very convenient to most places in Tallahassee . The owners are easy to communicate with if a problem should arise . We actually did not encounter any problems but it was reassuring to know that they were available if needed. Our California family came in for the holiday and were pleasantly surprised at the house. Very clean, well appointed and centrally located for family activities. Our hosts were always available, even for a late hunt for a forgotten IPad! We have 3 young children and the house was very comfortable and clean. Our hosts were very attentive and they checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. After a long drive it was very easy to access the property and get settled. The hosts are welcoming and wonderful at communicating with you before, during, and after your stay. I never saw them but had messages from them ensuring our stay was perfect. The house is warm and welcoming, the bedrooms are large, the beds are comfortable, and the Televisions are not small. The home is in an established neighborhood with large oak & pine trees.
