"Great stay for my kid orientation at FSU. It is very close and I enjoyed the walk to the campus. They said they had a shuttle service but I couldn’t catch it. Very convenient with the kitchen (not very well equipped for cooking) . Half a block away of the Publix and 2 block away of the colorful railroad district. Gym is not the best. Staff was very friendly. Breakfast had a lot of options but nothing special. Just basic. The space of the room is great and overall I will stay again."

"Property was clean and located beside a beautiful park. Staff seemed helpful. Really no where close to eat with family so plan to drive. Parking only in garage across the street at $25/night. The breakfast was $24/person and coffee was overpriced. I would not discourage you, only you should know what to expect. If in town on business, I’d stay again. "

"With its comfortable beds and central location, This rental seems to be an ideal place for a bunch of twenty-somethings to crash after a day/night of activity. It was not as comfortable for a family group of three generations that would like to cook in, sometimes, and live like home when not on the go. "The carpet in the 4th floor hallway was very filthy and stained, the water pressure in the shower was barely usable and the toilet had to be flushed at least 2 times per use or contents wouldn't go down, even the TP. Not enough lighting in the room and no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The air conditioner worked great and the beds were very comfortable. Would not stay there again."
