"First floor room was old and loud. Heard the next room's alarm and conversations at 4AM."

"The staff was very nice but for the cost it is not worth it. All you could see out the balcony was a big palm tree. One of the chairs outside had a broken armrest and it looked like it had not cleaned. You could not see the water from the balcony. The room had super old dated furniture that was scratched and was made of cheap Pressed board that was falling apart, the curtains were nasty dirty at the bottom. Way overpriced for what you get. "

"Great location and hotel for the price as we stayed for 5 nights. They have their own tiki bar but also right now door is the bambo tiki bar which is great. Food was good, pool was very warm, Room was clean. Jet ski's available to rent right at the hotel. Only a 15 minute walk to Lauderdale By The Sea which is great. You do have a balcony but they are all on either side of the building having to look to the left or right to see the ocean. Showers do not have a door on them so it tends to get very wet outside of the shower on the floor."

"My room had a balcony overlooking the beach. Beautiful view. The rooms were old and very dusty. Didn't seem clean except for the clean sheets. Bathroom had hair everywhere from the previous guest. Not worth the money when there are plenty of other hotels on the strip. Continental breakfast not includedand was $32 if you wanted it. Valet fee, resort fee..soo many fees for an old outdated room. Picture advertised was not accurate. There was no thermostat in the room to control the AC. We were extremely cold. Definitely would not recommend this resort."

"The facility is extremely well kept, the staff are very friendly and accommodating, the restaurants on site offer great and diverse food options, the free bicycle rentals was a nice touch. "
