Located at Sailport Waterfront Resort. This one bedroom with queen size sofa bed is good for business travelers, couples, solo adventurers, and families (with kids). We take all of your needs into consideration. The condo is fully equipped and ready for you to come in and enjoy your stay! You have access the entire condo. We are here for you as little or as much as you’d like! The condo community is very safe and has 24 hour security. Enjoy the geo-thermal pool, which is kept at a nice 84 degrees all year long. You can also enjoy some yummy food or cocktails at our poolside bar and grill: Big Bamboo Bayside. Make sure you don`t miss the amazing sunsets then cozy up by the fire pit and tiki torches after the sun goes down
The sunsets here are absolutely amazing. Make sure to bring your camera and be prepared to relax by the fire pit and make some friends. I highly recommend a vehicle unless you want to completely unwind. .

Perfect place for a get away!!

Booking was easy! Communication with the owners was excellent and timely. Gated community that has everything you need on the property. We really enjoyed the beach looking over the bay, the food and drinks at the on location restaurant, and the sunsets were amazing. We enjoyed the sunset from the balcony.

A Perfect Weekend in Tampa

We loved the location of this property, it has a nice small area to relax in front of the water, nearby restaurants and beaches + a long paved trail for a nice bike ride or a walk.

Nice spot on the bay.

We were happy with our stay at this little cozy condo. It had everything we needed for a long weekend and just a short drive from the airport. The view of the water was nice and I really appreciated that the bed was comfortable! Cute decor as well. I would stay there again.

Amazing condo

Very clean condo. Fresh amazing clean scent! Gorgeous view of the bay and a straight shot on same rd if you want to head to Clearwater Beach which is about 20-30 minute drive. The compex doesnt have access to the water and i hadnt realized that but right around the corner of complex is access to Ben T Davis beach on the bay. The highlight of our stay was Big Bamboo bar and grill on the complex. Great atmosphere, right by the pool. Great food and cocktails. We also loved the beachy set up with beach hut canopies and chairs. Gas log fire pit and tiki torches. I would definitely come back. Great stay!

Comfort & Close to the Airport!

Exactly as described! We loved the condo, especially the patio overlooking the water. It’s a gated property, with a nice pool, pier& seating area closer to the waterfront. At dusk there is a nice fire pit& torches. Very close to the airport which was a plus. Many restaurants in the area too. We visited Ybor village and ate at the Columbia Restaurant! It was a treat!

Quick trip for college move in

Was only there a few nights but loved the property- being on the water- very quiet for sleeping. The pool was nice and had the best cabana bar- delicious food and drink and open from morning to night -super convenient to grab a bite and sit by the water. Easy access to the freeway and could walk to Davis Beach area. Condo as described and owner very easy to reach and respond. Would stay again there.

This is our second stay here and would gladly stay again. We love it here! The view is amazing and the location is convenient. We stayed while we moved our son into college. We enjoy the pool and poolside bar for drinks in the afternoon and breakfast in the morning. The owners are very responsive and willing to help make your stay enjoyable. We appreciated their promptness when we had an issue with our door. Looking forward to our next visit.

The condo was nice, except the sliding door did not lock. Being a solo traveler safety is a top priority for me. I contacted the owners on several occasions but the issue was not resolved. The pool and area was nice.

Rocky point rental

The condo had a nice view of the water and sand area. The condo itself needs to be freshened up with paint and new furniture and tile work. It looks old on the inside that is not visible in the pictures. I requested a door code change, as the one i was provided with, i was afraid anyone had access to it, as i was staying by myself. the hostess said she would call me the following day with my code, but did not. I had to lock my suitcase up everytime i left the unit. The location is convenient to anything in tampa.

Convenient to airport.

The property is a 10 minute drive from the airport. We took a Lyft and felt like there were plenty of options around the condo that we could reach by walking. Normally, the 15 or 20 minute walk to the nearby restaurants would not be an issue, but be aware, there are no sidewalks on the entry road coming down the peninsula, and traffic makes for a sketchy walk back in the evenings. Thank goodness the pool cabana makes really tasty food, and that saved us from having to leave for breakfast and lunch. Everything was fine with the condo, and we really appreciate the hosts allowing us to stay there for our brief 2 night visit. We had a great time!

Great get away

Had nice stay, host very easy to get in touch with. Just one minor problem. Dirty bathroom towels from last guests on back of bathroom door. We also could not get remote forces in bedroom to work, tried to change batteries, but no luck. I really liked pool bar. Everyone very friendly. Food was good and drinks were great. I would stay here again.

Everything was as advertised! It was beautiful and clean, great view of the water, and was great sitting out on the balcony! Love that the beach is private so no worry about crowds or finding a seat! Would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend!

The place was adequate but somewhat uncomfortable. The view was not of a pool but at least it was the bay. The main problem was I needed handicap accessibility and the walk from the elevator to the room was horrible....long and hard for handicapped walking. The treck was a few times a day...which made it very hard. Should have not been on the list for handicap accessible.
