Customer service desk employee was less then knowledgeable. Hot tub broken but he couldn't remember it was broken until halfway through our conversation and he replied "ooooooooh yeah there was a maintenence man here today, the hot tub heater is broken. So do you want to cancel reservation and leave or I can contact my manager and have her contact you tomorrow about a refund?" Tomorrow never ended up happening. Pool was freezing cold. Blinds didn't go up or down stuck half open. Beds were ok and only good thing is he did give us a handicap room but proceeded to tell me to please DO NOT PARK IN HANDICAP SPACE!!! What the actual... Next day service desk wasn't much better. Walked past and even stopped twice to talk to them but too busy gossiping. Yes I could hear them. So I just checked out and called it a wash! Will never stay again.

My experience here was horrible. Although the room was clean, I was on the backside of the hotel which puts up to a small industrial plaza where a garage was located. The employees of the garage decided to have a party playing loud music and carrying on till after 4 AM in the morning. When I called the front desk all they said was they would try to call them to tell them to turn it down, but they never did. I asked to be moved to another room, but they said they were full and there was nothing they could do. In the morning when the new staff came in and I spoke with them, she said that they would move me to the front side of the hotel, but that I would have to gather all my belongings and wait till somebody checked out which was a huge inconvenience. I told them that I wanted to be reimbursed for the first night as I got no sleep whatsoever and neither did my child and I was informed that they would give me a $45 refund. The $45 refund reflects on the bill they gave me however the money they took out of my account is the full price and I never received the $45 refund so that was bogus and I paid for two full nights for one night of sleep and an inconvenience the next day as I had to wait for a room to become available. Also, when I want to use the washer and dryer had problems there in the dryer didn’t even work at all and now I was stuck with a washer full of wet clothes. I definitely would look to other options before selecting this hotel as I for one. Will never stay here

If you are looking for a restful night’s sleep request a room in the front of the hotel. The back side is awful as there is an auto body shop business in the back of the hotel where the employees were blasting music and partying until the wee hours of the morning. When we complained to staff they only offered a $40 credit for the night and moved us but we had to pack up and wait for the rooms to be ready. Definitely will not stay at this hotel ever again.

The room was well kept and the staff was helpful. I stayed due to having surgery on the 10th so I stayed to rest and recover. It was peaceful and relaxing. I woke up on time for breakfast only one morning and it was great. Due to surgery I couldn’t go in to the hot tub or the pools but other than that my stay was exceptional.

The bathroom floor had water damage, when we took showers, we noticed the shower curtain was too short to stay closed. With just the force of the water, the curtain would pull away from the tub and water pooled in the floor. We brought this to the attention of the front desk and they did not seem to care.

This is a budget friendly hotel and it meets the expectations. Rooms are clean and spacious.The breakfast food is typical: oatmeal, cereal, yogurt, waffles, eggs, sausages, fruit, etc. What makes this hotel special, is the kindness and professionalism of the people at the reception.

The check in staff was nice. The check out staff was ok. The only complaint I had was the shuttle pick up. The shuttle supposed to come in 15 min after I called. We waited for half of an hour. No show. Called again and was told the driver was on his way.. After few calls and an hour and half wait, we finally found out they took down down my wrong call number. I did understand why the driver did not come down and ask. Although my husband asked all the white van’s driver for picking up people to Country Inn. He got the answer ‘NO’. Finally we got pick up in near 2 hrs.

Place was dirty. Blankets had stains all over - tried to get another and no one brought it. Mattresses were old and completely worn. Pillows absolutely disgusting. The towels were nice tho. Definitely will not return.

The staff was anazing. The room was as exspected and clean. The quality of the bed was disappointing. The business next door had members there after hours, partying, fighting and being very loud. Sleep was not an option as it continued into waking hours of 6am. I know the hotel has no control of this and I feel bad they have to deal with the complaints. Overall, great location for my buisness trip - great staff!

Excellent service. Appeared to be very clean until getting ready the next morning and I was greeted in the hallway by a cockroach. I told the lady at the front desk. She explained their exterminator schedule, apologized, and extended the morning breakfast time for our “inconvenience.”

Lea from the front office was nice. She upgraded our room to a suite for free, but the suite seemed very much like what you would normally expect. Not her fault for sure, but just the same a disappointment. The bed was very uncomfortable, which is unusual for a comfort suite inn hotel.
