"This was the best stop on a long trip! The location is very good, off the interstate but close to it and the end of town. The parking was easy and safe. The hotel was new or newly remodeled as everything was shiny and spotless. They have a restaurant in the hotel, which is convenient, which serves breakfast or the standard buffet if you wish. I liked the room and service received rather than the tight spaces usually provided. The room was the best of my trip too, with a walk in shower, new carpet and furniture, and a quiet overhead A/C and heater on a thermostat. Wish I could stay here every night!"

"The hotel was great. Clean, quiet, reasonable rate with a great breakfast. Our only issue was the room #316 had no heat turned on when we checked in. We had to sleep in our jeans and 2 sweatshirts until 2 am when the room finally warmed up. The heater wasn’t broken, it just wasn’t turned on. But otherwise everything was great. Will stay again when coming for a KSU football game. "

"Enjoyed the ambiance of an older mansion from 19th century. Word frame of bed and bedroom of all just beautiful. Breakfast very wonderful. Hot tub is quite new. Chlorine can be a bit strong, but keep ceiling fans running to disperse the strong chlorine "
