"We expected an old-style 2 story Drury Inn, and were amazed to find a 7 story, 3+ star full-service hotel for much a better price than much lower-rated motel properties in Cedar Rapids. Room and bed were great. Hot tub was a welcome experience at the end of a long day on the road. Full breakfast was excellent and well maintained. Staff were beyond friendly, including the hotel GM who was bussing tables during breakfast! This will be on our itinerary for our next trip through central Iowa!"

"Hotel is being nicely renovated. Plenty of grass for pet’s relief. Breakfast was typical hotel meal. Had to travel 5 miles to find any food. Eat before you get there."

"2nd time staying here and tv’s don’t work. 1st time tv remote won’t do anything not even turn on tv. 2nd stay will turn tv on but that is all the remote will do. Can’t change channels, volume, can’t turn off, nothing, Different rooms but remotes don’t work. I guess next time I will bring batteries to see if that will fix. I just end up on my iPad instead of trying to find someone to fix them."

"We had a two room suite with one bathroom. There was an issue with the bedroom door sticking and the handle kept coming off. The TV in that room would stay on for about 15-20 seconds and shut off. When we told the man at the front desk, he couldn't have cared less. The room looked like it was in the process of being updated. It could use a fresh coat of paint. The beds were okay. Not the best, not the worse. One room temperature was very comfortable, while the other room was stuffy. Fairly quiet. The pool was in excellent shape. Not very warm for being heated. The spa was small but a nice temperature."
