"Was surprised when we drove up the property had changed to Americ Inn. The Expedia website has not been updated in several months to reflect the change from Baymont by Wyndham. Also, the interior door security lock was missing. The mechanism on door frame was present but the security part on door was missing. didn't feel all that safe with an unsecured door."

"We stayed there a week and had no real issues, We were on the 3rd floor and the room was clean, the beds comfortable and bedding/towels were serviced when we requested. Breakfast was normal hotel fare and again, no issues. Easy access to the Coralville strip and lots of food options. We would stay here again and the prices were reasonable for the area."

"Lovely place to stay. Staff was helpful and courteous. Parking lot is a bit far to walk for older customers. Need to have room service available and someone to help carry luggage. I would have gladly paid for help. Extremely clean, beds and pillows are delightfully comfortable!"
