Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
The room was okay. The pictures online look much different. The rugs were stained in many places and that just isn't necessary. The front desk stated that we were only there for 2 nights, so did we need our room serviced? I felt like I needed to say "No". I said we'd need clean towels if we don't have our room serviced and he replied that we could come get some in the office.
