Downstairs serves as a private sanctuary, housing the fourth bedroom with a queen bed, a second full bathroom, and a versatile second lounge area. This lower level also includes a quiet office space with a desk, perfect for those needing to work remotely, and a 42 inch television, making it an ideal retreat for parents or teenagers seeking their own space.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to the entire home, balcony and fully fenced backyard, including the outdoor dining and BBQ areas.
