"Stefania was amazing and incredibly attentive, the house was lovely though not quite what we expected from the photographs and description, the bedrooms are lovely and it's been very nicely decorated however the kitchen area doesn't get much light, you need a light on all the times. In the description it mentioned there were 2 bathrooms, however, the second bathroom was a small outside shower at the bottom of the garden. Lovely beaches nearby definitely recommend if you want a chilled beach...

"Superb host, always readily available. Stunning property in a highly desirable area near monte petrosu, close to all the stunning beaches and san Teodoro downtown, but away from noise. Very nice breeze given the house position. Very good parking space. Fenced in and secure for kids. Beautifully landscaped and maintained garden. "We had an excellent stay at Lina’s place. It’s well-located with a nice pizzeria and gelateria nearby and we loved the terrace and rooftop. Linens and towels came at an extra cost, which I gather is normal for the area. The apartment itself is roomy and comfortable and it’s part of a lovely quiet community."

"We loved the Villa, very clean, our host was on hand very quickly if required and always happy to offer advice on places to visit and what to do. We hadn’t realised the air con was an added extra which was the only downside. Pool was amazing and the kitchen and entertaining areas were adequate for the ten of us. Loads of space and plenty of bedrooms. I would recommend as a holiday destination."

It is a 5 minute walk to the closest beach (or 1 min drive) and about 5 mins drive to Brandinchi beach which is simply beautiful. Book ahead for Brandinchi or arrive very early - same can be said for all beaches. Dan Teodoro is 17 mins drive and bustling with nightlife, restaurants and is family friendly. "We had a lovely stay at Stefano’s house. We enjoyed both gardens at different times, and we slept really well. Air con & wifi working well, the house is well accomodated and the surrendings really pretty. Stefano was very nice and both arrival and departure made easy. "The property is lovely & has an amazing view We felt it needed a few more little things such as a kettle,hairdryer, toaster & an iron as it has a ironing board but no iron, as no AC which we were aware off perhaps a pedestal fan would have helped a little .apart from those minor things everything was there that you needed.
